Why did you spell the company name "HomeSavvi"?

"'HomeSavvi'?  Shouldn't it be ‘HomeSavvy' or ‘Home Savvy'?"  Great question!  We decided to name the site HomeSavvi to be memorable, first and foremost.  Many people have told us that they like our name and that it's different.  In a time of companies and products with odd spellings and made-up words, we're not that far out of the mainstream.  Also, there are many companies with "home" in their name and some even with "savvy" so we wanted to stand out as the best resource for home remodeling in Seattle today and soon other cities.

Now that we have chosen "HomeSavvi" as our name we have encountered some interesting variations.  I've heard "Homesavvy", "Home Savvy", "Home Savvi", "Homesavi", "Homesavy", "Homesavvie", "Homesavie", "Homsavvi", "Homseavii", "Homesavvee", "Homesavee", "Homesavve", "Homesaviv", "Homesawi", "Homesawy", "Homesawie", and even "Ohmesavvi"!  I'm not the best speller myself so I know it can be challenging, but here's we introduce ourselves: "We're HomeSavvi--‘Home--S--a--v--v--i'."
