Rick Robertson is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS®) for Choice Lending, Inc. of Bellevue Washington. Rick's role is to help his clients make sure that they have leveraged themselves in the best, most conservative model that maximizes wealth creation and maximizes financial security for them & their families. If a Financial Planner is your asset manager, then think of a Mortgage Planner as your debt manager.
Utilizing a consultative, planning approach, Rick works with clients to integrate their mortgage into their overall long and short-term financial goals. This includes optimizing their credit standing and assessing their current financial landscape, cash flow analysis, real estate investment analysis, and real estate equity management goals.
Rick has also been an active supporter of the Forgotten Children’s Fund charity for many years, helping more than 2,900 children and 800 families over the holidays.
Rick and his wife went through an extensive home remodel throughout the Winter of 2003 and were delighted with the results. They also learned a lot the hard way! They have since completed minor remodeling projects.
