This project consisted of a significant whole house remodel and large second story Master Suite addition.

Project statistics:

• 5,300 square feet before, 7,300 square feet after

• Daylight rambler extensively remodeled adding an upper-floor bedroom wing and a larger kitchen and eating area

• New expansion blends seamlessly with the existing.

• Sweeping view of Mount Rainier captured in the master bath's 10' high glass shower

• Previous low living room ceiling lifted to give a more spacious feeling

• Skylights added to the hallway to balance the light of the back of the home with the window/view side
