Magnolia house

This was an extensive renovation and addition to a mid century house on Magnolia Boulevard. We added a full second floor, rearranged the main floor to open up the living area and take advantage of views to the west, and reclad the entire house. The northwest contemporary style is respectful of the scale and materials of the neighborhood while adding fresh design elements that create a striking house.
